The secret: The hottest organic chillies (Trinidad Moruga Scorpion Red, Naga Morich)are laboriously washed by hand, cut in half, the seeds partially removed and then
mixed with the rare Altaussee mountain core salt using a special process. The mixture is then dried for two days and then chopped into suitable organic chilli salt for the mills.

Thanks to this natural process, each grain of salt has the pure taste of organic chili.
Hence the intense coloring of the salt grains.
