Reduce transmission of viruses and bacteria via droplet infection

Moistening the nose with a 0.9 percent isotonic sodium chloride solution is ideal for preventing colds, as it keeps the mucous membranes in the airways moist and thus supports their self-cleaning function. Inhaled viruses and bacteria stick to the moist protective film and are then carried away towards the throat by the rhythmically beating cilia of the mucous membrane like on a conveyor belt. Only droplets smaller than 1 millionth of a meter (1 μm) have the potential to transmit pathogens at all, since their small size allows them to penetrate deeper into the airways and thus bypass the cleaning system of the mucous membranes.

For good nasal hygiene and optimal nasal climate. For moistening the mucous membranes in heated or air-conditioned rooms with increased air pollution from dust, pollen, etc.

Use: One spray in each nostril several times a day as needed.
